This is crazy. World Wrapps has only 3 locations and the app only shows 2 of them and fails to show the one I’m only 3 miles away from. It’s not like you are Starbucks, don’t even mess around with my location, just show me all of them.

I miss the old loyalty program. This new app makes it hard to order and I can’t even leave feedback on my orders. Go back to the old loyalty program!

They clearly don’t want my business.  I entered my order and attempted to check out 4 times.  Each time it said my mobile number was in use, and wouldn’t let me move forward.  No login, just stuck in check out.  I had to order from somewhere else, the app doesn’t work.

Love the app and reward program however it’s difficult to add a gift card and finish paying with a credit card. If we could add gift card balances to our account that would be great. Or at least add multiple payment functionality. Thanks!

It’s sad that you don’t get any benefits here from ordering. No one there let’s you know about the other app thanxs that gives you credit. Ever since they opened the Stanford location I’ve gone at least once a week and didn’t get credit for ordering from them.
