La aerolínea no se hace cargo de los cambios de vuelos, además de haber contratado un seguro para evitar aún más este tipo de situaciones termina siendo una estafa. Adicionalmente que pedí un reembolso hace más de 4 meses cuando dijeron y debieron de reembolsar la cantidad de dinero máximo en 2 meses. Estoy por meter mi queja con la profeco, adicionalmente que ya pedí la intervención del banco. URGE una solución
