Multiple times it gets stuck on a screen when you are trying to switch dates to figure out if something is available. ### 2/5 — Wildly Incorrect Loan Balance, WM Can’t/Won’t Fix It. *2026-02-22* The app shows my loan balance is paid in full, which it is definitely not. I was told by customer service they can’t fix the issue and that I have to go to another website to see my actual loan balance. Didn’t realize that I had two reservations under my name for the same dates at another resort. It was brought to my attention at an update yesterday that I should change the name on the reservation. I went to change the name today, and the reservation from the waitlist is gone. I wish I had been more proactive when told but also wish I would have had notification before they took it off my reservation list ### 3/5 — Easy to use but needs fix *2026-04-08, version 1.8.0* I’ve booked two trip so far with no issues. Now no photos of the resorts are there anymore.
