Wasted a few minutes of my life trying to register w the app after my company began working with this company.  When logging in for the first time after verifying my email, a prompt comes up asking for a code that was texted to me.  I never receive the texts.  Annoying bug - deleted the app.  Sorry.

An app to make travel seem less that makes sign in a Halle ge from home is hardly a worthwhile app. Signing up promises a generated SMS code that never generated.  Given the high level of customer service from the people working for you, I had expected much better than unusable.

This app has been so helpful for me when I travel! I love how everything is conveniently in one place, and how straightforward it is. I also love how I get notified anytime there’s a change regarding my flight status (ex. delays, gate changes, and cancellations). I also appreciate how I can quickly contact my agent if I need anything while on a trip. Not to mention, the list of stuff to do at my destination that the app provides for me. I was able to explore and do so many cool things, and I even ate at some new restaurants too!
