When you scan the VIN it gets sent instantly to the desktop app which allows us to quickly copy and paste the VIN into our SMS app. ### 5/5 — Doesn't work! *2017-02-03, version 0.9.5* Been this way for a long time! ### 5/5 — Fixed bug *2016-02-10, version 0.9.5* Glad they finally fixed the issues where you couldn't pick the year or basically choose the vehicle to use be app. Now I'm back to using it smooth sailing ### 5/5 — Meets expectations *2013-11-03, version 0.9.4* When ordering parts over the phone, there's always that possibility of either them misunderstanding you or just not choosing the right part to send you. I find that by logging into their PC software or using their mobile app, you can see a picture of the part and order at your leisure. No hold times to put up with and any parts sent in error more than likely was due to your own mistake. Another great part is being able to order parts vin specific so that reduces the chances of ordering the wrong part even further. I like also being able to schedule returns on it, not having to call in separately for it saving you time and making it less of a hassle. That or trying to remember to mention to them during a call to order parts that you need to return something. It's just plain convenient. ### 5/5 — Great app, but needs more features. *2013-05-07, version 0.9.3* Overall I love the app and how smoothly it works with the pc program. A few features I'd like to see: The ability to see all of the car info that is available in speeddial after a scan on my iPhone rather than having to walk across the shop. Re-order the history so newly scanned cars appear first.
