I love the characters and story(I’m not ashamed to say that I did cry a little bit through my first play through of the game). And while the gameplay is just terrible(I say this in a loving way), the game makes up for that with its compelling characters and storyline. Each Go Getter’s design and personality is unique, and I love every single one of them. I will never forget the laughs that the members of the Go Getters Club gave me when I progressed through the story. I love all of the members: Chucko, Mowchan, Vanilla, Tattsun, Pochi, Pai, Nyoro, Kansai, Ankiki, Yuki, Jennu, and Reycho. But my favorite Go Getter is Pochi. Even the other characters, like the side characters and villains, are memorable as well. Pielope is my favorite character in this game, with her amazing personality and design! World’s End Club also has beautiful artwork during cutscenes, which bring so much life to this game. World’s End Club even has phenomenal voice acting for all of the dialogue, which makes the game feel so much more alive and a more enjoyable experience. But don’t let the beautiful messages sway you from the dark parts of the story. This game shows the end of the world, in the 1990s. Humanity is gone, monsters rule the Earth, and a robotic AI took over the world. The planet is so hazardous, that the Go Getters get so close to dying MULTIPLE TIMES. There are 12 Go Getters(they are all 12 years old, except Aniki, who’s 13), with their own catchy theme song! The 12 memorable members of the Go Getters Club are: Chucko, Mowchan, Vannila, Tattsun, Pochi, Pai, Nyoro, Kansai, Aniki, Yuki, Jennu, and Reycho. These characters are so wonderful, that their designs and personality stay with you forever. (Pochi is my favorite) But I am going to give you a warning. Although I enjoyed this style of a game, many people didn’t originally. There is much dialogue(with very great acting)in this game— the game is actually 80% talking, cut scenes, and videos. Putting that aside, this is a splendiferous game with wonderful music, beautiful graphics, memorable characters(the Go Getters and the game’s villains), and a moving story.
