It shows it as downloaded but there's no other way to use it other than to do a search each time. The info it provides using GPS searches, such as restaurants, police, etc. is sketchy at best. When wanting to pay a bill, it actually takes you out of the App and into a webpage, which you now have to log into AGAIN. Why not just go to the webpage in the first place and save all the hopping around? It's nice to know they tried, but this is a sleeper and one to keep off you iphone/ipad to prevent clutter. It's a time abusive app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bill pay *2025-01-04, version 6.2.2* This app used to be great, now the bill payment option is no longer working and I have to go through the tedious process of logging into their website every time I need to pay my bill. ### 1/5 — Claim submission app failure *2022-07-09, version 5.5.4* I go thru the process of trying to file a claim: 1. When you exit the app and go back in, the information disappears. It doesn’t save the information. 2. When filing a claim and going thru the submitted process it does not let you actually submit the claim. Says “internet connection cannot be found”. This is false and untrue as the internet connection is working fine on multiple mobile devices I used to try to submit the application. If there is a photo limit, put that on the within the application. Can’t submit a claim at all thru the application. ### 1/5 — Bill pay doesn’t work *2020-06-06, version 4.4.1* I can’t even pay my bill with this app because the interface does not work. The payment review screen pops up and blocks the user from being able to accept the terms and conditions to make a payment. Also can’t see any policy information. Not sure what the app is for other than to see your insurance cards? Pretty useless if I can’t even pay my bill ### 1/5 — Impossible to use *2019-12-20, version 4.3.0* Horrible app. Gives you the option to pay your bill but then doesn’t show the complete page so you can actually pay your bill. What a joke. ### 1/5 — Unable to pay through the app *2019-12-08, version 4.3.0* I got the app because I couldn’t pay through the website using Safari (iOS) because part of the page is not viewable. Unfortunately, I have the same issue on the app. I will keep trying with future payments because it would be convenient to pay through the app using a credit card. ### 1/5 — Can’t see the whole screen *2019-09-09, version 4.3.0* When I try to go in to pay my bill it doesn’t show the whole screen. I am using an iSO device and I can’t move anything around on the screen to be able to enter the account information for payment. I can only see a portion of the page. It’s almost like the page is too big for the device, but you can’t shrink it at all. Every single month I have this struggle. If you click just in the right spot, you can move the screen around, but you only get one try. This is a horrible app! Save yourself the headache and just use their website. ### 1/5 — Can’t even login *2019-07-15, version 4.0.1* It’s no good. It won’t let me login at all. Tells me that I don’t have user name or password right or it says I haven’t used them. My wife is driving 30 hours to Arizona and I wanted her to have the immediate access to roadside assistance. It is straight up lazy and cheap. You cannot see the whole screen and they use the same screen online. Don’t they realize GenZ uses their phones for everything? However I can't view my policy & coverage information. I have to go to the site for that.
