### 3/5 — No way to turn the pads off

*2023-08-02*

Pause button does not work on my phone or iPad.
Cool app though

**Developer response:** Make sure to update to the latest version. Pause button works for all devices

### 2/5 — Unrealistic Sound + Poor Interface (button)

*2023-04-05*

I bought this app thinking it would help with background pads but I was disappointed on the first use. Sure it has all the 12 keys and you can switch from one to the other without having to stop/pause and restart in another key. Transition was okay but I had a few issues that I am not satisfied with:
1. The pad sound was unrealistic. Honestly, it would be better to download the ambient pads from YouTube in all the keys and save them though it takes some time to do that. Sure, you can pay for different kinds of sound within the app but the default sound is horrible; it’s hollow and empty….it doesn’t feel ambient; it just feels like one major chord is being played and converted to strings.

2. Response time is slow. For example if I press C and the sound doesn’t come on immediately, so I press it again….then after 2/3 seconds you can hear C being played two times over.

3. The BUTTON! Please fix the PLAY and PAUSE button. I don’t even know when the button is in play or pause mode because the animation doesn’t change; it’s just in play mode all the time. Even when paused, the button animation doesn’t change, so I don’t know whether it is paused or still playing because the pad takes about 2/3 seconds to come to a complete stop with fade out.

I’m very disappointed. Hoping for improvements and better sound and UI soon.

**Developer response:** Hello! Thanks for your review. As noted in the description, there are multiple different pad sounds available for purchase. In addition, as long as you don’t “button smash” and you simply push the button once to transition, it will work flawlessly every time :)

### 3/5 — Wrong keys

*2023-03-14*

First, some of the sounds are lovely. Especially with the add on.

From what I can tell, however, the keys on the pad don’t seem to line up with keys they are supposed to represent. Tried to use at church this week and had to scrap it because of the discrepancy. Perhaps I’m wrong, but our keys weren’t lining up with the app.

**Developer response:** Hello! Thanks for the review. Just double checked and the keys are correct for each one. Please email support as this could be related to your zoom on settings.

### 3/5 — Does not always play in background

*2023-02-19*

Disappointed that it does not play in background as advertised. Wish you had a different color for the chord that is actually playing. There is an advantage to glancing over to visual see that the app is playing the right chord. Not sure I can use this app if that is not added.

**Developer response:** Everything plays in the background as intended. However if you are trying to use an app that is playing music, it will not always work with other music playing apps. But will work great for using it with chord charts etc. I would probably recommend using a stand alone device for running pads. That way you can guarantee the highest sound quality.

### 3/5 — Great sound! But cross fade is not smooth

*2022-04-09*

If the cross fade was smoother without hearing the pad stop and change to next pad then this app would be a 5 star to me.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your thoughtful review! Faster transition speed by 50% included in new version 3.0. Enjoy!

### 1/5 — Horrível

### 1/5 — No work

*2025-01-02*

### 1/5 — Não compre

*2024-11-29*

Péssimo

**Developer response:** If you’re having issues, please contact support

### 1/5 — Don’t buy

*2023-10-30*

Try to give it a chance after reading reviews, but it’s like everybody says. Choppy, lagging and terrible transitions even after paying for the upgrade

**Developer response:** As long as you wait for the fades to complete before switching keys, you’re good! Give it like 2 seconds to fully switch and only hit the next key once!

### 1/5 — A worship leader

*2023-07-10*

Bad app no control they just take your $

**Developer response:** Tons of control, just hit settings button

### 1/5 — I thought it was inexpensive…

*2023-02-11*

When you have to pay for an update that FIXES transitions….that is not good. You also have to pay for additional pad sounds. Save your money.

**Developer response:** There are multiple pad sounds to choose from! If you don’t need/want those additional sounds, you can stick with the base app. Additionally, the original transition is perfectly designed to have no dissonant chord overlap that is so common and horrible. If you don’t like the half second pause, you can upgrade to have more options. Comparatively, it is still inexpensive :)

### 1/5 — Hopes dashed

*2022-09-25*

The fades between pads doesn’t work properly. Fade outs emit a click as they are fading. Doesn’t fade between pads as advertised. iPhone 13 Pro. Sadly, I’ve flushed some money on this one.

**Developer response:** This clicking should not be happening. I just tested it and it is not happening for me. Please email support and I will walk you through this issue. It is most likely related to “button smashing”. If you hit a pad button once and let it fully fade in before hitting your next pad, then you will have no issues.

### 1/5 — MEME APP DO NOT BUY

*2022-09-04*

Payed for the app + plugin. Settings interface is laughable theres always a delayed transition even if you pay extra! Trash

**Developer response:** Sorry you feel that way. Please email our support to make sure that you’re using the app correctly and see if I can answer any questions you may have?

### 1/5 — Poor functionality

*2022-08-30*

The app is too glitchy. The pads simply do not respond the way I need them to when turning them on or off.

**Developer response:** Please email support and I can walk you through how to use the app. Or you can watch the instructional video. If you tap pads multiple times or tap pause multiple times, you’ll get glitchy. If you tap once, it will work perfectly.

### 1/5 — Transitions choppy

*2022-04-10*

Fading and transitioning really choppy, orientation changes unsupported

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. As you can hear in the available demo video on the AppStore, the transitions are not choppy. Simple app that only calls for portrait orientation.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Nice additional sounds

*2025-04-03*

Simple app but does what it should do. Love the additional sounds

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2022-01-23*

I’m just wondering if there’s an easy way to run this with Prime or a metronome app for teams that use click tracks. Having to toggle apps on the same device for song transitions are an issue.

Another thing that could be changed if the key that was being played was highlighted.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review! Our newest app “Setlist Genius” contains the same pads from WPP with the capability to create a whole setlist with click track integration. Check it out!

### 5/5 — 5 stars

*2021-10-21*

Never reviewed anything in my life…ever. This is the one to get for small worship services. I’ve been waiting for a long time for a simple app that sounds great paired with an acoustic. Very authentic sound, great transitions, etc. Thank You!

### 5/5 — Super clean and functional pads app

*2021-09-29*

Easy to use pads app and super clean ui. Quick turnaround time for features and fixes. Looking forward to trying out the next versions

### 5/5 — User Friendly Launch Pad!

*2021-09-26*

This app is perfect to find out what key your song is in, great for worship sets/concerts, etc! I like how it fades in a fades out when you select a different key. The only thing I would want updated is is for the pad to fade into each other when you select another key instead of it cutting out abruptly. But the pad sounds great and super easy to use. Totally recommend this to worship leaders/pastors! Great app Caleb!

**Developer response:** Smoother transitions will be included in v1.3!
Thanks for the review!

### 5/5 — Great Worship Pad

*2021-09-21*

This is a great pad sound for worship! Very easy to use and affordable!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a solid solution to fill out the sound in their worship sets!

### 4/5 — After update all is good

*2023-07-23*

Thank you for fixing this useful app 👍

**Developer response:** The pause button works. I’m not sure what to tell you. Email support.

### 4/5 — The pad is great.

*2023-04-01*

The pad is great, however I don’t like that I have to pay for upgrades on both my phone and iPad. I paid for them on my phone but was stunned to find out that I had to pay for them again on my iPad.

**Developer response:** Hello! You definitely shouldn’t have to pay on both. If you are logged in to the same iCloud account, you can click the button “restore purchases” to restore your purchases on ipad so that ones you paid for on iPhone can transfer over

### 4/5 — Slight lag before playing

*2022-06-14*

Lag before the pads start. Otherwise, works reliably.

**Developer response:** I just tested the pads out for 15m with no sudden stopping or silence. Please email the support email with a video of the problem so I can assist you further.

### 3/5 — Nice but won’t stop.

*2024-04-13*

I like the app, but most of the time when I’m using it and I hit the stop or pause key, the music doesn’t stop. Sometimes it does, but that’s about one and four times when I go to use it. So it becomes a complication if I don’t want to change to another key, but actually want to stop the music.

**Developer response:** Send a video to tech support! As long as you’re not trying to stop the music when it is fading in, shouldn’t have any issues!
