## What is WorshipNote?

Your worship team's whole week in one place.

WorshipNote brings it all together — building the setlist, filling team roles, sharing sheet music, and turning pages during the service. No more charts scattered across group chats.

■ Setlists
Pick songs and set the order — the whole team sees the same screen. Each song carries its key, BPM and time signature, and you lay out the song form (Intro → V1 → C) as chips. Custom slots like prelude or closing song work too.

■ Team roles
Members sign up for open positions themselves. Who plays what, and which seats are still empty — at a glance.

■ Sheet music
Upload sheets once and they follow every setlist. Pin song-form labels on the sheet so everyone sees where the chorus starts. Print the whole set on A4/A3 or share as PDF, with an optional song-list cover.

■ Live view
Sheets only, full screen. Swipe to turn pages; the screen never sleeps. On a tablet in landscape, two pages stand side by side.

■ Handwriting
Write directly on the sheet — pen, highlighter, eraser, undo. Keep notes private or share them with the team.

■ Offline
Download upcoming sheets in advance — they open even where the internet barely reaches.

■ Notifications
Know when a setlist is posted, the leader leaves a note, or someone replies. Every category can be toggled.

■ Lyrics
Turn a setlist into lyric slides for the projection screen.

■ Together
Share prayer requests, post announcements, and look back at what you sang.

Create your church, send an invite link, and your team is in. Works on the web too (worshipnote.co.kr) with the same account.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.0 — 2026-09-18

- Tidy up songs — select several songs in your library and delete them at once. Removing songs you no longer use frees the same amount of sheet space.
- Add a special song right in its slot — type a name that is not in your library and it becomes a new song there. Turn on "Allow new songs" for that slot in Church & service settings.

### 1.4.9 — 2026-09-17

- Add a special song right in its slot — type a name that is not in your library and it becomes a new song there. Turn on "Allow new songs" for that slot in Church & service settings.
- Guest sessions — a temporary account for a guest musician that shows only the setlist and sheets.
- Zoom while annotating — switching sheets returns to 1x, and zoom centers where your fingers are.
- Color palette — no more cut-off colors on narrow screens, and it stays closed when you leave the eraser.

### 1.4.8 — 2026-09-16

- Zoom while annotating in Live View too — pinch to zoom, pick colors from the new palette popup (black pen added).
- Offline handwriting: your notes stay visible even with a weak connection, and sync automatically once you're back online. Write with the same peace of mind as on paper.
- Zoom while annotating: pinch to any zoom level (up to 6x) and pan with the move button.
- Pen-only mode: with Apple Pencil, your palm and fingers won't leave marks.
- White pen: cover a chord like correction fluid and write it anew.
- Setlist PDF: smaller margins, bigger sheet music.
- Plus polish and stability improvements.

### 1.4.7 — 2026-09-15

- Offline handwriting: your notes stay visible even with a weak connection, and sync automatically once you're back online. Write with the same peace of mind as on paper.
- Zoom while annotating: pinch to any zoom level (up to 6x) and pan with the move button.
- Pen-only mode: with Apple Pencil, your palm and fingers won't leave marks.
- White pen: cover a chord like correction fluid and write it anew.
- Setlist PDF: smaller margins, bigger sheet music.
- Plus polish and stability improvements.

### 1.4.6 — 2026-09-14
