Unfortunately, they upgraded it. Now it will never remember me once I just move screens, even if I set up biometrics. When you the try to log in the first try says you’ve tried too many times, then you are locked out until you can get them to unlock it. You will be paid full service customer and the app will tell you to upgrade to see the full scope of the item and the prices. When you log in it blocks you as if they hold the Kroger to Fort Knox , then I could not copy and paste as I could in the past . Last defaults seem counter intuitive. I wish this high cost would go into making it accessible to paid members. I have no problem using the free version with limited intel , but once you pay, you can’t even get into the app. Frustrating! Thanks! ### 2/5 — Update Has Ruined App Experience *2025-06-29* After the latest software update, I now have to login every single time I navigate away from the app. Even with the biometric login, the new loading screen/sequence takes forever and has ruined what was previously a very convenient workflow. Also, opening fanfare makes my phone think a video/audio is playing so whatever I’m listening to (podcast/music) is interrupted. And this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the app after looking at something else. Whoever added these “features” clearly does not understand how WP subscribers use the app and what made the substantial fee worthwhile. Now getting the info I need at the pace I need it isn’t any more efficient than trial and error Google searches - and those are free. The category menus/breakdowns are atrocious and completely useless. **Developer response:** Oh no! The button is there, prominently but pressing it does nothing. Nothing inspires confidence your expensive items will be handled properly like basic malfunctions (sarcasm) ### 2/5 — Case-sensitive email!?!? *2025-04-26, version 6.0.0* In what universe is email logged as case-sensitive? It’s not accurate . The subscription is also extremely expensive . This doesn’t even have a camera search. I don’t have a computer, just this app on my phone….But Worthpoint is always there at renewal time to gather my $$$. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-01-15* Well, worst point does have information. It’s really poorly shown. It’s all over the place. Support@WorthPoint.com ### 3/5 — Must evaluate it yourself *2024-12-06* I found the WorthPoi t app very helpful in finding an average in price though there were something’s in couldn’t find or identify I worked with both title name and the description of the items but also the photo identifier. Both worked majority of the time but this app falls short by costing so much. When I am just selling a few items a month it doesn’t pay to keep being charged for the app each month. I would be able to make a profit. They should have a smaller venue option that costs less. Like 10 items a month for 1/4 of the price. My opinion. The last couple rows are hidden by the keyboard and they can not be selected. ### 1/5 — App is Incredibly Bad *2024-11-11* Spent most of my time locked out of my account. They don’t have self service to unlock or resetting an account. When you need it most on Saturday at an estate sale Worthpoint isn’t there. They need to work on their authentication process as they seem to be using mid-90’s technology. We bought a year long subscription and the only good thing about the experience is that they provided a prorated refund when we canceled our account. **Developer response:** Hi there! How is that an “app performance update”. Then, when I reached out to them about an issue..no response. Now I see a charge for this month when I have already cancelled my service! So, in summation, User friendliness: terrible Customer service: awful. The WorthPoint app didn’t pick up a single one. Nothing every time i try to use the app its says i need to upgrade… apple has billed me….. try to sign up again, just spins forever…… call customer service… they are “busy” leave message. Every update somehow introduces a new wave of bugs and glitches that never should’ve made it past testing. The app is anything but user-friendly—I constantly find myself fighting the search engine just to get basic information, because it’s so poorly optimized and incapable of handling even simple queries. At this point, WorthPoint feels like one of the laziest, most uninspired companies out there. There’s no way anyone involved is genuinely proud of this product. It’s only a matter of time before someone with real coding, development, and product sense creates a proper alternative—because there’s no way WorthPoint can sustain itself like this. Ty WorthPoint! ### 4/5 — How to paste items in title bar with iphone? *2023-12-01* I Love the concept of this program but have troubles using it from my iphone. I like to cut and paste items i am searching or looking up. Most of the time it wont let me do this. I keep tapping and sometimes below the title bar it will say paste. Then you have to allow the paste every time you use this program. SO Annoying. I just did the latest update crossing my fingers!! Nope it didn’t help!! Sure hope you can fix this. I’m only getting a couple results and I can’t sort. If it’s not fixed quickly I’ll have to cancel my subscription because it’s not worth being charged. I’ve been using worthpoint for a year and loved it but this update is BAD 😩 ### 4/5 — APP UPDATE: Improvements/disadvantages *2022-12-20, version 5.0.0* Soooo a few things about the update. Improvements: The layout is much cleaner aesthetically You can now sign in automatically via passcode (Thank God!) Failures: It’s really hard to type in the search bar now I can’t copy and paste into the search bar unless I hold down really hard and then paste. This is a big reason I even have the app. This is going to slow down my productivity and I will cancel if this isn’t improved. I have another app I can rely on but I like worth point so I keep it. Also the search bar is the so high at the top now that it’s hard to toggle easily now.
