Camera works and connects to phone easily, but doesn’t load streaming through app. Troubleshooting and replacing with new same-type camera has been unsuccessful.

Apparently my phone was the issue. I have a iPhone 12+ pro max that gets a (408) error, failed to load streaming. After about a month of continuous support and troubleshooting with customer service and they even sent me a new unit no charge. I was convinced it was not my phone until I tried the same process on an iPhone 13. This worked no, issue. I want to thank Liya, the customer service agent who has been extremely patient and responsive during the process. I give 5 stars and please disregard my 1 star rating above.
