My goal is to get 3 stars for all the levels without using hints as well but so far levels 91 and 93 the highest you can get is 2 stars which makes me unhappy. I even confirmed this by using 2 of my hints. I hope this issue is resolved I would very much like to be able to get 3 stars on every level.
