We are part of BIG4 , community , but I do believe because we booked through a third party it is what we got, in future we will book direct through Big 4. Room was very spacious and kitchenette well equipped. Great location with shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. Pool and spa were a very welcome inclusion!! The perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Then I was hung up on by your Supervisor when trying to seek an answer. They had no contactable email. And would not process my phone call as the itinerary number was not valid. The hotel could see my booking but could not help me as it was booked through Wotif. So you rerun the search and it still shows up but guess what you can’t book it. However if you pick the same room at a more expensive rate suddenly you can book it. Click bait time waster ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2026-05-09, version 2026.14* Would not recommend Wotif to anyone, poor customer service and won’t help resolve issues. They told me the hotel would not be charging me money but they ended up did and now I am left to foot the bill with no help from Wotif. ### 1/5 — Over charged *2026-04-11, version 2026.13* Start a hotel in Fremantle that was put under a different name through Wotif. It was only in the week before there no refund that I found out the actual name of the hotel and checked the reviews, which weren’t great. Furthermore the hotel charged me an extra $300 on top of the price that was advertised through Wotif. I’m still fighting with them to get my money paid back. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-03-19, version 2026.9* Here’s an idea - Wotif you made an app that worked at the most basic level. Locks up on iPhone when trying to make an account - which I need to do, to cancel an upcoming booking. Can’t cancel through the property, can’t get this useless app to work. It’s 2026 and I have the latest iPhone with the latest updates, so no - it’s not me. I want to cancel this trip because I cannot get the fuel to go, and then I want to get as far away from Wotif as possible, forever. ### 1/5 — Shocking Stay not worth the money won’t be back *2026-03-04, version 2026.7* Paid $309 for a premium room that had poor carpet throughout the room and entry way, loose toilet seat and base, no soap in shower or coffee pods no menu or $$ for snacks We were transferred to another room that was slightly better but still ordinary and still paid $309 the following morning. WOW Wish o had never booked. Our return trip we stayed in premium top floor room at another motel. Hotel in perfect location and easy Access to everything,,, Staff at reception was exceptional And cleaning lady was the very best I ever had! Thank you so much. Bed was perfect and so was rest of My unit at the hotel. Even pillows choice was superb… Bathroom excellent and the only Minor negative think was size Of the fridge. I would prefer bigger One… But that is very personal think. Overall - I will happily return to this Hotel next year. Looking forward to it. One more hint - do not get the cheapest option,it may disappoint…. Thanks for everything and great time In Pattaya. We stay here a lot being a family of four. Good location with buses going around. Maintenance is a bit lacking as a bowl was put next to the leaking toilet tap.
