Someone blocked the fire hydrant parking their car , I reported and nothing happened so far ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-08-23, version 1.8* The first step of the app is putting in my phone number to receive a verification code. I am able to do that and receive the code, but there is no place to put the code. Pressing “next” (presumably to load another screen and put the code in) just keeps sending new codes. This app is completely unusable. My guess is they are not doing any bug patches or updates to it. ### 1/5 — Poor platform, so many errors! *2025-07-01, version 1.8* I’ve had so many errors trying to submit a request through a violation and always getting “error 504“ telling me to try again later. So I deleted the app restarted my phone and then re-downloaded it. It makes me feel safer. As of late, I have been having a lot of success with getting issues resolved, such as blocking my driveway and blocking fire hydrants. If you were going to use this app for the above issues, you just have to make sure that the department for parking enforcement is open at the time. Otherwise you’d have to call the after hours non emergency line for the police. But I have been pleased thus far. I’ve reported people for illegal parking and I’ve seen them get tickets from this app. But the app is very buggy and sometimes you have to submit the same ticket multiple times for it to go through and you don’t get a notification that an officer responded. ### 3/5 — Hard to file a complaint *2023-05-05, version 1.8* Takes forever for a complaint to upload. I’ve only gotten responses for parking issues. The noise & loitering complaints go unanswered & just remain open. It’s better than calling the non emergency line. It would be great if the complaint uploaded on the first attempt. It takes a half hour sometimes of trying. I have to turn my phone off & then restart it to get a complaint to file. Work on that glitch & then my only complaint would be w my city’s response time or lack thereof most of the time. ### 3/5 — It’s ok, responding time is slow *2022-04-16, version 1.8* I have a consistent issue of people blocking my driveway on sip ave/Corbin ave. You can submit and issue but they show up 2-3 hours later. By that time the person had already moved their car. I would say 3/9 issues I submitted were done. And I would prefer them to tow the car too so I can get out of my driveway! Imagine you waking up and have to go to work.. but you can’t and I’m stuck calling out of work. Does not make sense and the ticket violation is only $54 (Offense: 39:4-138D - Blocking Driveway).. $54 fine is not equivalent to me missing a whole day of work! I rated 3/5 stars for the app because of the response time of the officers. I wish I can post pictures so I can show proofs ### 3/5 — Is the app still being supported? *2020-06-15, version 1.8* I only give a 3 because it has work great in the past. But I have tried using it in the last 3 months and my issues are never touched.
