## What is Wound Capture?

Most hospitals use the Photo-Print-Paste (P-P-P) method for wound documentation and spend too much time in between. 

The average time range spent on patient wound documentation takes about 20-40-60 minutes depending on the complications, number of wounds, measurement using rulers, acetate tracing, digital cameras and then download and digital upload into the patient record into an EMR.

Wound capture app will help the provider or patient to identify the body location of the wound, help calculate dimensions of width and length using AR ruler, make notes, select & review previous images of the patients wound from the mobile device and be able to upload the data into the patient's record on any EMR with one click.
