## What is Wout?

Workout Timer is the interval timer that stays out of your way. Set it up in seconds, press start and focus on the work.

TIMERS
• Intervals with sets, rest and set rest
• Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP with a round counter and For Time with a time cap
• Warm-up and cool-down
• Name your exercises and give each one its own duration

DURING THE WORKOUT
• A large, high-contrast clock you can read from across the room
• Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause and skip
• A natural voice coach in your language, plus clear beeps and haptics
• Your music keeps playing and only gets quieter for a moment during cues
• Exact timing, even with the screen locked
• Lock the controls so nothing gets pressed by accident

• Save finished workouts to Apple Health (optional)
