Takes days and sometimes months to get an email for a reset password. App logs you out randomly and then can’t get back in. Absolutely terrible ### 1/5 — Not sure how to reach developers *2021-02-08, version 10.9.9* Leaving review to reach developers. This is the only way I can communicate with my boss as I’ve never been given a phone number. However I have been constantly deleting and re downloading the app in order to log in. Now it won’t let me log in and says it’s my internet connection. Our internet is fine. ### 1/5 — Won’t stop crashing *2020-08-21, version 10.7* Getting notifications but can’t even open the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Inconsistent notifications and messages *2023-04-25* I’ll get a notification that a message was sent, but when I go to the app to look at the message it’s not there. Sometimes it takes days or even weeks for a message to appear. I’ve been put down as a no cal no show because my messages weren’t showing up for others to see. Really poor app. Wouldn’t recommend. Only plus is that I can see my schedule. ### 1/5 — Why?!! *2023-01-12, version 11.4.2* Woven, why would anyone ever want a reminder-notification for every single shift they have? Especially in the middle of the night? Why does this feature exist at all? After digging around the app, I found nothing. After digging around the settings in Apple, I found nothing. On my end, it appears the only options I have as to what notifications I get are “on/all” or “off/nothing.” There’s no way for me to parse which notifications spam me (and my business email simultaneously ) at all. The other function of this is supposed to be messaging from management or via team-speak, so turning notifications completely off and retaining partial functionality isn’t really an option, is it? So now I get to bother management tomorrow and we both get to waste work-hours figuring out what - if anything - can be done on their end to make this dysfunctional, unintuitive mess of an app stop bothering everyone with meaningless, unnecessary garbage-notifications. Wow. So “streamlined.” All I’ve ever gotten out of this app/program is frustration and dysfunction. Maybe it does something useful for management, but it seems like it’s frustrating for them to. I don’t understand why we use it at all. ### 1/5 — Needs work! *2023-01-02, version 11.4.2* I do not get notifications, despite having them enabled. I have installed and reinstalled the app numerous times. I can’t even communicate with me team. I do not recommend. It is lacking in every aspect. It’s messaging is the worst part about it. Constantly saying it’s in need of an update before allowing you to sign in and view your schedule but there’s no update available in the App Store settings. If you can’t get onto a scheduling app and view your schedule at any time there’s an issue. This is constant and ridiculously annoying. ### 1/5 — If you can sum up this app in one word: woven with problems *2022-03-29, version 11.1.9* First I would like to say I understand what the developers want to accomplish with this app, but it makes it very hard to use. One, no notification comes through at all. Two, mananger cannot send PDF or any documents in any sort of messages, only pictures can be used. I’m able to communicate several ways with many groups of team members quickly. Woven keeps pertinent and confidential documents/information safe. I also appreciate that Woven helps me keep personal and professional life separate when needed. ### 5/5 — Convenient & Easy! *2019-02-25, version 7.0* I love using Woven for work! It’s so much easier to keep in touch with my team & check on updates with this app. I’m able to message my team members, look at announcements from other members of management, and even have discussions with groups of my team all from my phone. I love that I can complete several different functions all from one place! From team availability, to scheduling, to work orders and so much more! Some pop up right away and some take hours, if they show up at all. *Messages sometimes can’t be posted for hours or days, which is hugely problematic since that’s how we give notice if we can’t make a shift or will be late. *It freezes or crashes at least once a week. *The link for app support is “suspicious” and I am warned to close the page, so I can’t risk getting tech support. ### 2/5 — Needs much improvement *2022-09-29, version 11.3.4* *Improve Notifications alerts (for lock screen) *Add notification pop up reminders for schedule events *Can’t send long messages I have to cut the message in half- annoying much *sometimes I don’t receive notifications on Home Screen for messages.
