When I signed up in December 2025 I didn’t have any issues. Just drive up to the gate and it took about 5 seconds to open Now whenever I drive up to the gate, I need to wait for an attendant to arrive and then have the gate opened for me I emailed customer service that said everything looked good their end but clearly it’s not I’m upset because the app doesn’t even allow me to migrate my existing account open! The attendant at the car wash knows me already since he always has to let me in. I’ve complained to no avail. Also, this app has way too many places to tap for different things. Just make it simple, make it work. ### 1/5 — Absolute Trash!! *2026-04-22, version 11.0.2675* It asks for an email to send an email verification to, however that email verification never shows up. Yes I checked my spam folder, yes I tried several times, and yes I gave it lots of time to come through. Zero features in this app are operable without the verification process complete and there are zero verifications sent. When I called customer service they said they’d call me back in 4 hours. 4 hours, just to ask them why they aren’t competent enough to allow an app signup process for an app that I don’t even want in the first place. In 2026 we literally have flying cars but I can’t even get help for their failed app signup process. Why do I have to enter all the information when it already knows I have an account. I currently have 3 cars with wow max memberships and have been waiting for someone to contact me about possible fleet service. Maybe app doesn’t connect my messages. Phone service even worse waited 62mins to be connected and was directed to the app when I was. Oh, the car wash has a hard time reading my plate. Need to wait for the attendant to update the vehicle in the app. They say it was entered wrong in the system. However I checked what was entered as my name license plate and email. Even phone number. All was correct. So …. I buy my wash on the day I’m going. I get to the location and someone always have to help me. I try to scan my qr Code and never works so that person has to manually do it. I also have location turned on yet the app doesn’t think I’m at the correct place so I can’t redeem ### 1/5 — Account Issues/System Glitch *2026-06-20, version 11.1.2715* Good afternoon, I tried reaching out however, it appears your WoW membership office is only open M-Fri. I am wanting to bring up the following issue/concern related to my WoW account/membership. I am a paid member with WoW MAX however, every time I drive up at your Stephanie location in the member lane the system recognizes my car on screen however, it keeps saying non-member. I have brought this up to both the members running the member lane to include those in your office however, each time they say there is nothing they can provide assistance too. They acknowledge that I am able to get a car wash, but on their end they do confirm that the system shows non-member but they are unsure how I am not having issues with getting a WoW MAX wash. Each employee continues to say it’s a system glitch that our Corporate Office would need to update. It’s very annoying to pay $39.99 for a wash that I continue to have delays getting through the member lane however, it appears the staff may override and let me in but still does not take care of this system glitch. I continue to have WoW members inform me that there have been system updates that may be contributing to my issue but to rest assured this system glitch can be updated on our end with our Corporate Office however, this has been going on now for 4+ months. Also, very annoying to know that the outside lanes are used for members but staff continue to say due to the heat they are impacted the most while asked to use the inside lanes but on Stephanie these are used for non-members and the line seems longer than normal to wait. I would suggest for paid members they should have the inside lanes to come in due to less heat in the screens and non-members should be usi g the outside lanes. I look forward to hearing back and hopefully have these system glitches corrected and updated so I don’t have to deal with the delays that I have been dealing with for the last 4+ months. ### 1/5 — Over it *2026-06-18, version 11.1.2715* This app is trash. It won’t let me update my details and when I try to put my car info it says my account can’t be found yet they are taking money out of my account every month. I can’t seem to find an actual live person to fix this issue.
