Keeps telling me my email is wrong.  I’m able to log in on the website but the same information does not work on the app.

I can use the WOW website and log into my account just fine.
I also tried the other WOW apps, they found my account, but I’m not set up for online media.

it’s not letting anyone even sign in.  a very pointless app.  i would give it 0 stars but i guess that isn’t possible.  maybe that will get fixed before this app does

A company such as this that people depend on should have a working app. We recently had an internet outage due to a storm and it would be nice to report the issue and get an estimated time as to when it will be repaired. Or even see an outage map! Even for simple things like paying bills. Get with it Wow!!!
