I usually have a vegan smoothie which is always cheerfully made and dispensed by the wonderful staff. Also you can’t add the points from a receipt unto my account. I made my account after my first purchase and couldn't figure out how to add it to my account later to find out you can’t. This is unfortunate because you shouldn’t be penalized points because you haven’t made your account quite soon enough. There’s absolutely no area to type in your name. I’ve had the worst day and this set me over the edge. I don’t understand how an app designer has one job and can’t even process card information. They can’t use online ordering at all because it only allows orders to be picked up next day. One of the store clerks told me it had something to do with handling time zones correctly. If that’s the case, then… come on, really??? Time isn’t a hard concept for programming…?!
