The cameras work great but when I get a notification and click it, am taken to the next page where I can see all notifications listed. When I then click on any, I can view it well but there is no way I can navigate back to other notifications or to any part of the camera. Am only given the option to replay the footage, share, download or delete. Would you kindly add the BACK command so am able to navigate in the app? Your app is generally simple and straightforward which really is all that I would need with the type of cameras I have. It constantly makes me set up my camera back on wifi even though it always has a 100% signal!! Initial set up ok and all seemed to be working, but rapidly deteriorated - late notifications on my phone long after the event, chime stopped working on the phone when I added the additional plug-in chime, and then the additional chime stopped working. Batteries have now run out, and to recharge needs a micro USB cable (not supplied) and a knife to lever the top of the phone off to find the port. I have to use batteries as cannot get access to mains, and some reviews say mains connection improves performance, who knows? All in all my recommendation is to avoid and save yourself the frustration. ### 1/5 — Not worth the money *2023-01-13, version 2.14.1* Won’t stay connected to the internet no matter where the doorbell is. I’m currently the only user so can’t comment on being pushed out when someone else views the camera. The quality and settings are pretty simple to figure out but my only gripe (and it is a petty gripe) is the saved videos of activity have to be deleted one by one. A function to select multiple vids at one time in order to mass delete would be extremely handy otherwise you’re spending ages deleting old vids. I needed a camera that wouldn’t record every time someone walked by as we have a lot of people walking on the sidewalk. This camera isn’t meant to be a security camera, but really a camera doorbell. My clients push the button and within 6 seconds (on a good network day) I get a video request that someone is at the door. I am able to chat with them fine. The device had different volume setting for the outdoor device. My current problem is that they upgraded the version and now it doesn’t instruct my clients to “please wait” once they push the ring button. 6 seconds or more feels like a long time waiting for someone to open the door. I’ve emailed the company about the new version that was updated on the device automatically but unfortunately they have not responded. ### 4/5 — Highly Recommended *2019-06-24, version 2.5.0* I use this with the DophiGo camera and highly recommend it, I don’t want constant viewing from the front door so I have this option turned off and the battery is still at 90% after three months. I have answered and viewed the door whilst out of the house when the door bell was pressed, very handy advising the caller accordingly. I found this easy to setup and have three door bell ringers setup in strategic places around my home. One small issue I have following the last firmware update is that when I turned on notifications in the app-settings there was an indication that was turned on, on the app main screen, this indication appears to have disappeared which is inconvenient. ### 4/5 — Good app *2019-05-07, version 2.4.0* Had this app for a few months now and it has worked well. Call notifications appear within 3-5 seconds if the live stream function is enabled, a couple seconds slower with it disabled. Sharing is simple with the QR scan. The video quality function when you answer the call very much depends on the Wi-fi/signal but haven’t had much problem with it so far. I noticed the recent update took out the group function and added the mute function.
