The delivery of the vehicle was hassle free and the personnel Sagar helped me through with all the instructions. Post the trip the pick up was easy as it goes. Prem did a thorough check and it was over in under 5minutes. I did recommend this for anyone in comparison to other “named” self drive rentals. Insurance should also cover this minor charge but they mentioned they do not have insurance. How can a rental company is providing cars without insurance?
