The whole reason to gave this is to be notified that the alarm has been activated. Its useless if this feature doesn’t work. Plus, there is no information on who to contact for assistance. Smalltime Chinese startup *2017-12-14, version 3.3* Very unreliable app and service. Cant login anymore. The login message of “logining” should give you a clue. The whole reason i bought this security system was for remote access and alerts. If they cant keep their servers going, this is useless. No way to login, recover password, or register a new account. It was easy to reconnect when the WiFi get disconnected. But now it won’t connect to my WiFi anymore. I tried to reset the hub, and reboot my router, still won’t work. My app and system were working fine for a year when all of a sudden I couldn’t get unit to connect to the internet. Since then I’ve reset the router and updated the firm wear, also deleted the WP6 app and reinstalled it, reset the WP6 alarm numerous times and still no luck. ### 1/5 — home screen not showing *2018-03-27, version 3.6* I was able to configure the wifi to the main panel, but for some reason the app won’t show the home screen where you can add the sensors. it’s just a black gray screen with a “+” icon and nothing else. Very easy to operate. I like that if I leave the house and forget to arm the system I can still arm it with the app. ### 5/5 — About the wp6 *2018-04-06, version 3.6* At first when I saw the product I thought it was brilliant value for money, The reason why I’ve got alarm is because i’m going in hospital I don’t want to make sure my wife Safe, as I have Hypertropic cardiomyopathy and and I need an operation so for insurance I got did alarm and it’s an absolute nightmare so many different emails does not work properly whatsoever yes is very cheap and this is what you get when you buy cheap stuff and now I cannot get it working whatsoever so no I’m not impressed very disappointed ### 5/5 — Great app! *2017-07-14, version 2.3* Works really well with my bibene security system. Would love for them to make an iwatch app for quick arm/disarm function! ### 4/5 — Great(iPhone users listen) *2018-03-10, version 3.6* For some reason iPhone just can’t communicate with the device(mostly because it was made for Android) what I did was pulled out my old android and use that to set it up and that’s it it goes to the app and you can access across devices... I know this is unfortunate for those who do not own a android I have both for my reasons(any android will do just takes 5s) Also why I gave it 4 stars cause you can’t configure with iPhone but after that app is great ### 4/5 — It does what I need to do but... *2018-02-03, version 3.6* When I arm I just want the door and window sensors to stay on and the motion sensors to stay off. So I turn them off. But when you disarm everything resets and you have to turn the motion sensors off again after arming. I would give it 5 star if it does not reset my sensors. ### 4/5 — Nearly Great. *2017-12-07, version 3.3* Please fix so sensor on/off settings are not changed every time system is armed/disarmed. I want to keep the hub motion sensor disarmed permanently.
