Poor ### 2/5 — Poorly implemented app *2026-06-08* User profile allows you to set your GP details, but every time you book a go appointment through the app you have to complete the details manually. GP appointment slots are all in grey, which normal UI convention makes you think they’re unavailable, also slots are light great with white writing which is terrible from an accessibility perspective, which makes it even worse when you consider it’s a medical app ### 2/5 — Poorly written and painful to use *2026-05-28* Given most correspondence is PDF why do you make it so painful to view PDFs? Why can’t we view them in app? So many glitches and painful steps to do anything. Trying to book a consultant appointment with a consultant with a common name - multiple choices and no way of know which is the right one. ### 5/5 — Simple to use *2026-05-22, version 3.0.9* Simple app to use with some really useful functions ### 2/5 — A useless and confusing App. *2026-01-27, version 3.0.8* Impossible to use for wife on same policy as there are 2 policy numbers. ### 1/5 — Disjointed and disconnected in every way. *2025-12-21* The entire WPA system, including the app itself, is just a front end for all the random third party bottom of the barrel services that WPA employ. From HealthHero GP (the system that provides referrals into thin air with no possible method of providing continuity of care) to Ascenti physio, of which the app simply doesn’t work (waited 7 days to get my exercise PDF whilst injured lol) to being sent random links like Doctify with no instructions whatsoever for what to do next. The entire WPA ecosystem is cheapest of the cheap, poor quality and disjointed - everything is a 3 to 5 day wait for a response, the 7pm closing time for WhatsApp chat is actually hours earlier - in fact usually next day response. Just be warned, stick with AXA or Bupa if healthcare is important. WPA is for when saving a few quid a month on your healthcare matters. ### 1/5 — Bug in current release *2025-12-15, version 3.0.8* Doesn’t allow one to book for one’s children for health hero Gp, as the app says the child doesn’t have an email address but there is nowhere to add this in the app!! ### 1/5 — App failure *2025-11-11, version 3.0.7* App thinks I’m offline when every other app on my phone is happily offline.
