Do NOT waste your money with this company - Do NOT let your AV company talk you into their NVR because the APP is a piece of junk and NEVER available.  Always goes offline! Always needs updating - worthless!

Update to 2.8.5 caused my NVR encoder to completely stop working. I can access fine via web browser but app now says username/password no longer valid (using same access info)

Used to be able to see recent recordings.  Now everything says needs firmware update yet had tech at my office this past week and everything was working.  Now this app doesn't do anything but show live cameras. Useless.

Cons: 
1) The app works about 50% of the time on wifi, mainly crashing while selecting a camera to view.

2) viewing a camera over LTE is very slow, several seconds of lag time, and also unstable.

3) There is no way of configuring the camera's settings or setting new cameras up through wifi- if you are to make a full features app, this would be nice.

4) Features are lacking:
- cannot record video to camera roll
- cannot configure camera settings

Pros:
1) simple and straightforward user interface 
2) easily found cameras on LAN (wifi)
3) when it wasn't crashing it was simple and quick to use

This app is mediocre. As some have already noted it needs a fresh look and update. Zooming, picture quality and playback. I've noticed that even though the NVR has the correct timestamps this app is 4 hours off even after a complete reset.

Thanks for the new update.  It not only fixed the blue screen of death bug but now I can pinch and zoom on my iPhone 6 plus.  Before the update I could only do that on my iPad.

We use this on our perimeter gate cameras and it works great. The quality of the IP cameras is a marked improvement over our old system. We used Click Integration for the install. Jeremy did a great job with it! The only downside is our current DSL connection is too slow and we will have to upgrade the service.
