Every time I reopen a file, it starts from the first page again. It's overall convenient, but they double-charge. I do pay for an annual subscription, which is $50, but have no access to any pro features yet, as I need to upgrade again to pay another $ 50—reached out to customer support only to get a message to update the app. I have done it numerous times with the same outcome.
