## What is WPS Payroll Manager?

Paying staff in Qatar shouldn't mean wrestling with spreadsheets every month. This app helps employers create Wage Protection System salary files quickly and accurately, ready to upload to your bank.

Set up once
Add your establishment details and bank information, then build your employee list with QID, visa ID, bank account and salary details. Everything is saved, so next month you start from where you left off.

Run payroll in a few taps
Choose the pay period, review each employee's basic salary, then add overtime, allowances and deductions where needed. Totals update as you go, so you can check everything before you export.

Export a ready-to-upload file
Generate a correctly structured salary file with the right header and employee records, then share it straight to email, Files or your banking portal.

Catch mistakes early
Built-in checks flag missing or invalid fields, such as incomplete IDs, missing IBANs or mismatched totals, before they become a rejected upload.

Keep a history
Every month's file is stored, so you can look up past payrolls, re-export a file or copy last month's run as a starting point.

Made for small and growing businesses
Whether you employ five people or five hundred, you get a simple, focused tool that does one job well, with no accounting software required.

Your data stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.

Note: This app is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the Ministry of Labour or any bank. Always review files before submitting them.
