Would love to be able to use the app and get local news but all it does is show the WPTV symbol and then crash to my home screen over and over again after I created a new user account. I just downloaded the app, this is ridiculous.

It would be nice to watch a story highlight video without having to watch ad after ad. I just want to see a 15 second clip of breaking news, I shouldn’t have to watch 30-45 second ads for it. Also would prefer to have more control over what notifications I receive. I don’t want political updates.

"Thanks for supporting local journalism" it's NOT local... it's larger entities from abroad controlling parrots. You're only getting truth when it's related to anything that doesn't affect the narrative pushing towards a larger agenda... you want to support a "local" journalist support Tucker Carlson. That's REAL journalism that hits "HOME". These cowards will never exit their boxes. Money is their root. It's a shame these people aren't the heroes they were intended to be when their place was carved out during the formation of this country... but the app is a bit smoother... finally after a decade. And they want you to praise "them" for it!

You got some work to do on this new update. The app never refreshes and that’s a big problem. It shows the same stories from days earlier. Time after time. I have to hard close the app to get it to load current news.
