Please contact our support at sayhi@spilk.io and we'll provide you with free trial access to fully explore the app. We hope you'll reconsider your rating after giving it another try. ### 1/5 — 150mb... *2024-10-25* "please choose a file less than 150mb" uhh... really?? do you seriously think YEARS of messages are going to fit neatly into 150mb?? are you out of your minds? i even only downloaded from the last 3 years and the file was 6 *GB* (6000mb and 40x the limit for reference). this is something i've been looking for for a while now too. guess i'll just code something myself or find something on github if i really want it that much... edit for the response - i did remove the media in files. still multiple gigabytes. my fix was to split the json into almost 20 separate files and analyze them individually. also not a fan of the "reconsider your rating" 💀 shouldn't have to explain that one. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! Have you tried exporting chat without media? Text-only exports are much smaller and work great with our app. We're also working on increasing the size limit.
