This app and product line is a disgrace. If you require support for a pump or the app, I would suggest mailing a letter via the Postal Service. You’re just as likely to get a response.

Wrench is a very innovative app and an excellent tool for connecting to Armstrong pump equipment, especially through Flow-Q. It makes the connection process much more straightforward and user-friendly, which helps save time in the field. Overall, it’s a well-designed tool that adds real value for troubleshooting, setup, and working with Armstrong systems.
