I cannot bulk complete tasks, I have to open each task individually to complete. The spaces feature has allowed us to separate our traditional projects and managed services offerings while seamlessly tracking team member contributions and planning tasks. The ability to have unlimited viewers allows us to keep clients engaged without disrupting our workflows or the need to spend excessive time on administrative tasks. Notes and attachments are available for review and approval with minimal effort. On occasion I have experienced my Personal space duplicate itself, which appears to be a glitch. Customer service has been highly engaged and responsive when these and other issues arose in the past. While some of the mobile app features are not as seamless as the desktop client, it still provides a quality user experience. The way our company uses wrike I have to be constantly tied to a computer for administration of wrike. I do not like this, I also do not like that features are voted on, as a small company using wrike we are drown out by the needs and wants of larger companies. This is a bad model and there for reflect my review. Do better. ### 1/5 — Not a functional mobile app *2024-12-04, version 2024.4.1* I’m not sure how people even use the mobile app. The desktop is… fine… but you can barely use the app. It has the same functions as the desktop, but somehow worse. I’m on the go a lot for my job and require the timely updates on my phone. Here is where the issue starts. If someone directly tags you in a file, you can’t go directly from the phone notification to the app. It WILL NOT WORK. If you do, an error message pops up, leaving you with a blank screen. The screen has no exit so you have to close the app, which I’ve had to do time and time again. To get around this, you have to use the search function, find the name of the project, go to the correct card (if you even know where the comment was made), go into the file itself, and THEN find the comment to reply to. Here is the second issue you will run into. You can’t reply directly or tag someone ANYWHERE. In the file, in the card, in the project overview—no where. When you start typing @name, names will pop up but you physically can’t select a name to tag. For whatever reason, the tagging feature half works. I’ve deleted this app multiple times to see if it was a bug, but it’s not. I’m not sure if other iPhone users have this issue, but you literally can’t use Wrike app for any business purpose. If you want it to take up space on your phone and ONLY use it to get notifications, be my guest. But it would be nice if someone actually managed the app internally to catch these things. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Timesheet function doesn’t work at all *2026-07-31, version 2026.3.0* This is only about one aspect of the app but it annoyed me to such an extend that I wanted to share my experience and rating. Essentially, I tried to do my timesheet and allocated my time according to task. There’s a menu that allows you to select date and time for the respective tasks. Yet, when I made an entry for a specific task and entered a date and time spend, and then pressed submit, it added that entry to an entirely different date. It took a ridiculous amount if time to somehow get all in order via trial and error. This was just such a tremendous waste of my time. ### 1/5 — Post-its on the wall are more productive than this app *2026-06-22, version 2026.2.2* The worst software I've ever been forced to use, AI "features" that are an insult to your intelligence pushed down your throat, and no mobile interface so you're forced to download the app. Absolute garbage. ### 1/5 — Could we make Wrike even more difficult? *2026-06-11, version 2026.2.1* Using Wrike for our purposes is like having to build a car from scratch to get to the store. I’m often on the go, so the mobile app ensures things keep moving forward, even while I’m not at my desk. ### 5/5 — App doubles comments, no scrum boards *2025-02-22, version 2025.1.2* Recently the app keeps showing my comment reply back to someone in a thread twice, like I hit submit twice on a comment but I didn’t. There’s also zero support for Scrum framework. No sprint planning board or review/retrospective section or easy burn down and capacity planning. Use Jira or DevOps if you need scrum framework in your Agile business. Finally. And this really bugs me, I cannot go up a level.
