I found a pre-made set of verses to memorize, and was able to get started quickly. When I had a problem understanding how to use the app, I submitted my question and was happy to have a response by the next day. But the developer is invested in more than a goofy name for a memory app… Ryan is actively working on Wrinkly, ultimately, to see hearts and lives transformed by the gospel. He was helpful in answering my questions and made sincere suggestions to help me navigate the embedded Bible verse search. I like how it takes me through a verse and builds up my memory. I also like how, once I’m confident in a verse, I can”challenge” it over the course of a few days and complete it. Being able to limit practice to just testing references is really helpful to me, because that is my weak point. The developers seem to be really good about feedback. I appreciate that I can share thoughts and problems with them directly in the app. So far responses have been very speedy. The only current thing I dislike: when memorizing a verse, if it comes right after a section heading (for example Romans 12:1-2 comes after the section heading “A Living Sacrifice”) that is included in the verse memorization. There doesn’t seem to be a way to turn that off. ### 5/5 — Great Scripture Memory Tool *2022-08-10* This App is a fantastic creative way to either start or continue your scripture memory journey. After restarting my phone, restarting the app about 10 times, etc., I still can’t get lessons to move past the green ‘Complete’ page. (App does not respond.) I didn’t check if NIrV(reader’s version-kids) is in there, but otherwise wow.
