I will say that I am very tech savvy and that this app does not work for me. As soon as I enter my login information, it doesn't do anything. It doesn't allow me to continue the setup process, as many have complained about. This leads me to believe that the developer knows that something is wrong and refuses to fix it. I attempted to contact support via the email address in the app and it has been a week and I haven't heard anything from them. F- for this app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-01-07, version 4.0* Won’t connect I contacted the developer an no response for 2 weeks ### 1/5 — This is FRAUD *2025-01-04* I downloaded the app to my phone but it won’t log in to my group me account. I go through the set up and type in the pin and nothing happens. I have to start over again and again. I’ve been trying for week. I got the pin to work once and when it got to the step that allows me to download messages, nothing happens. I click allow and nothing happens. It’s only $2 but it’s more of an inconvenience that there is an app that doesn’t work and provides no assistance. I’ve never wrote a review on anything I’ve have a bad experience with but this is FRAUD. ### 1/5 — Don’t get it *2025-01-02, version 4.0* I paid for this app because I primarily use GroupMe for work and wanted to be able to access it from my watch and I can’t even use it. Not sure why the comments say this app doesn’t work. Def worth the $2. I keep my son’s phone but give him his watch while he’s at school and sports and he’s able to text his teammates on GroupMe with this app. ### 5/5 — Fun! *2022-08-21* I’m not tech savy, so any tech adventure becomes just that, an adventure. Doesn’t seem to have a way to do that. ### 3/5 — Works(for the most part) *2019-06-17* It does have a little bit of a problem at first trying to connect, but after clicking retry, it did pull up my GroupMe messages. Be warned, it takes a while to pull up the actual group to reply or look through the feed. Cheers! ### 3/5 — Apple watch 4 notifications do the same thing *2019-05-19* Sadly it only lets you read the notifications and through the conversations but it doesn’t allow you to respond so basically what the watch already does the only difference between this and the watches stock notification system is that with this app you can go back into the GroupMe messages and read through them versus Just reading it in the notification area. **Developer response:** UPDATE: Latest version release now also shows REPLY button at bottom of conversation. HI there, you can indeed reply to messages in a conversation by force tapping, and then tapping Reply. I have an update coming soon to improve this and fix a few bugs. ### 3/5 — Works great! *2019-05-13* Just downloaded this and it works great! It shows the chat with in-line photos. My only suggestions are 1) I can reply to the thread but don’t see a way to “like” an individual post, 2) it would be great to see a bigger version of the photo by tapping on it, 3) for those without flicktype, it would be nice to turn that off as an option when replying. But this is still a great app for the Apple Watch! Update: sorry, I had to take a star off the review because the “post/reply” function wasn’t working for me. Still let’s me see the messages and photos though! **Developer response:** UPDATE: Please update to version 2.3 that adds support to like/unlike messages and tap a message for larger photo.
