When enabled on the Apple Watch, the app analyzes supported songs and uses watch haptics to add subtle wrist feedback during playback. It is designed to emphasize stronger beat moments such as bass-heavy hits, drum kicks, and rising intensity sections, rather than vibrating continuously like a metronome.

You can find it in the Watch app under Settings > Haptic Beats. There is also a Preview Beats button so users can confirm their Watch haptics are working before using it with songs.
