## What is WristFeed?

EVERYONE ELSE WANTS YOU TO UNPLUG.

WristFeed is for the rebels who would rather own the scroll than pretend it does not exist. Build a configurable mix of short reads, images, and feed items, then run it directly from Apple Watch.

EMBRACE THE DOOMSCROLL

Set up your mix directly on your wrist, then turn the Digital Crown to move through one item at a time. Choose a reading-heavy, mixed, image, or low-data session. Switch on hands-busy mode when your thumbs are occupied. Save what deserves another look. Hide or mute what does not.

OPTIONAL IPHONE COMPANION

Use the included iPhone companion when you want more room to add RSS, Atom, or JSON Feed sources, fine-tune your mix, or browse saved items. Your sources, settings, saved library, and cache are stored locally. The paired apps exchange a bounded state snapshot through Apple WatchConnectivity; WristFeed does not operate an account or cloud database.

When you refresh a feed, your device contacts that publisher directly. Publisher availability and privacy practices are controlled by the publisher.

WristFeed shows short metadata previews only for third-party content. It does not stream or cache publisher images, audio, video, or full articles. Open the original in the publisher app or website; choose once, remember the preference, and change it later in Settings.

WristFeed is entertainment software. It does not diagnose, treat, mitigate, or improve ADHD or any other medical condition.
