## What is WristGram Messenger?

WristGram brings your messages to your wrist. Read and reply to chats, send voice messages, photos, and your location, view media, and take voice calls - all directly from your Apple Watch, with no iPhone required after setup.

Designed for Apple Watch first:
• Standalone - runs on Wi-Fi or cellular without your phone nearby
• Voice messages with real waveforms and playback-speed control
• Photos, files, locations, stickers, GIFs, and reactions
• Channels, groups, comments, and forum topics
• Voice calls with a native call screen
• Fast, lightweight, built for the small screen

Private by design:
• Connects directly to the messaging network - we run no servers of our own
• No third-party analytics, no ads, no data resale

WristGram Premium is offered as an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple ID account settings.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-31

A clearer start, and a more accessible app throughout.

• A proper first-run introduction that explains what Wristgram is and how the watch setup works, so nothing about the sign-in is a guess.
• Setting up your watch is easier to follow: we check the watch app is installed before you sign in, show real progress while your session moves across, and confirm on the watch when it arrives.
• Error messages now tell you what to do next instead of showing raw technical text.
• Your chat list tells the difference between an empty account and a failed load, and offers a retry.
• Accessibility: full Dynamic Type support on the sign-in and subscription screens, larger tap targets, improved colour contrast, VoiceOver labels throughout, and support for Reduce Motion.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-29
