## What is Write a letter?

With this app you can write professional letters in just a few minutes. Your letter is saved as a PDF and can be sent by email, printed, or shared via AirDrop at any time. With your signature if you wish.

It's that simple: create a sender, enter the recipient, write the letter, done.

Design your letters entirely to your own style. The editor supports text formatting such as Bold, Underline and more, so you can highlight important content precisely. Choose between a classic and modern template or create your own letter template with the template generator. Three built-in fonts as well as all fonts installed on your device are available for display. A4 and US Letter are supported.

You can save any number of sender addresses, for example private and business, and simply select the right one when writing.

No me gustó trate de redactar pero el texto cuando lo queres modificar no lo podes ver entre el teclado y tenes que estar adivinado

**Developer response:** Gracias por tu comentario. Entendemos que esto puede resultar confuso al editar el texto. El campo de texto está diseñado así de forma intencionada, para que se pueda desplazar dentro de él y editar también partes del texto ya existentes de manera precisa. Por eso, la vista no salta automáticamente al final del texto. De todos modos, tendremos en cuenta tu comentario y veremos cómo podemos hacer que esta función sea más clara y fácil de entender.

Die alten Briefe konnten „gerettet“ werden.
Die App funktioniert ansonsten sehr zuverlässig…

**Developer response:** Es tut uns leid, dass Ihre alten Briefe und Vorlagen nach dem Update nicht mehr sichtbar sind. Bitte löschen Sie die App in diesem Fall nicht.

Prüfen Sie zunächst, ob die neueste Version installiert ist. Öffnen Sie danach in der App Einstellungen > iCloud-Details > Datendiagnose. Dort wird angezeigt, welche Inhalte aus früheren Versionen noch lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert sind.

Wenn Ihre Briefe dort erscheinen, tippen Sie bitte auf Repair. So kann die App versuchen, die vorhandenen Daten wieder korrekt einzubinden.

Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, melden Sie sich bitte. Dann sehen wir uns das direkt an.

Ich nutze die app nun schon seit 2015 und bin damit sehr zufrieden! Der Aufbau mit Absender, Adressat und das schreiben selber funktioniert tadellos. Bereits geschriebene und gespeicherte Briefe bleiben im Archiv und können somit wieder aufgerufen werden. Hinterlegte Adressen sind jederzeit wieder nutzbar und auch das drucken, oder exportieren, um daraus ein pdf Dokument zu machen, wird mit Symbolen dargestellt. Alles ist einfach und übersichtlich gestaltet und das Ergebnis kann sich auch sehen lassen. Sollte es doch mal zu Fehlern durch Bugs oder ähnliches kommen, schreibt man den Entwickler/Support an, beschreibt den Fehler und es wird umgehend nach einer Lösung gesucht, damit der Fehler schnellstmöglich behoben werden kann!
Das ist wirklich Top Anwenderorientiert👍🏼
Ich kann die app nur empfehlen und werde sie natürlich weiter nutzen😉

Das Programm habe ich zum aller ersten Mal heruntergeladen. Nach der Bearbeitung hab ich gesehen, dass das was gutes ist hat sich der Entwickler was Gutes ausgedacht. Leider hat er aber nicht zu Ende gedacht. Das Programm steht bei Icon Briefe und wenn man das bearbeiten möchte Betreff ändern möchte, stürzt es immer wieder ab und das ist wirklich sehr für den Preis nicht gut. Deswegen möchte ich auf jeden Fall meinen Preis wieder zurückhaben.
