The vowels and consonants are separated. Each is shown big and shown how to write it
The sound of each alphabet can be heard anytime you want. And you can practice writing it right on the screen. But I recommend writing it in paper. Really great for memorisation

I have always wanted to learn to read and write many of the Indian languages, and I’ve just started with Hindi. This is a fun app, which allows you to trace the letters as they are pronounced so you immediately get a sound to associate with what you’re writing.  Also it gives you step by step numbers on the letters to know where to start and where to end so you learn how to write properly from the start. Thanks, and I’ll be working on the other alphabets that this developer has put on here too. If there’s any more alphabets out there, I’d love to see them on here too! Keep up the excellent work!

By far and away the best Hindi alphabet writing app; and free too! Clear instructions on how to write each letter step by step, in addition to a great Barakadi grid. 5 stars all the way!
