It either throws me out, or it just keeps spinning, saying it is loading. I deleted all the past cards, as well as deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to work. I love this app and so do the kids, but I want to be able to make their name cards! HELP! The past couple of months I haven’t been able to add any names. I am able to type in the child’s name and record the name however when I go to confirm it never connects and finishes. it just spins repeatedly. I have tried re-booting the iPad, deleting and reinstalling the app and I have checked to see if it has been updated but nothing has worked. Unlike some of the other learn to write apps Write My Name has an easy to use interface so children are able to focus on their writing rather than becoming frustrated by constant correction. Additionally, There is a "tags" section where parents and caregivers can create special words for the child to practice writing such as the child's name, which is a great way for children to prepare for kindergarten. Write My Name is an awesome app and a super way to help your child develop the essential school readiness they need to succeed. Bravo NCSoft and keep up the great work! ### 5/5 — WORTH IT!!!!! *2015-01-18, version 1.2.3* This is one of the over looked apps for 3 to 5 year olds. It helped my daughter learn much faster and better when she can trace here name and it talks to you. She is now able to understand which way to trace letters more correcly than before. She always could trace her letters good but free hand would get her ( S ) side ways etc. Had hard time with here lower case letters when trying to write free hand. I would like to thank the programmer for doing a excellent job. We all forget about the hard work that goes into creating applications. You can write your own name, add a picture from your photos, and record the name in your or your little one's voice. My daughter has autism with fine motor delays, but is too old and advanced to work on typical toddler-type letter tracing apps. This app is great! She independently "wrote" 16 words, several letters and a few sentences we made up ourselves. No tears, and she wanted to continue! It's easy to use and personalize. I am thrilled to have found this app and plan to use it with her regularly. Thanks for creating it! I work with kids with special needs who have never written their name correctly before. Seeing them write their names and LOVE doing so is wonderful. It repeatedly meets and exceeds my expectations!! Above the pre-set words for your child to learn, you can add your own with pictures and your own voice. I reviewed the previous complaints and have to note. There isn't any ap that can replace a parents responsibility to teach their child to write with a pencil and paper. But when it comes to acclimating a child to letters and site words this ap is amazing!!
