Please figure out the issue. It uninstalls itself. ### 2/5 — A great app that has great potential but does not work half the time *2025-12-12, version 2.8* I enjoy Writely for its simplicity, but there are certain issues that I would like the developers to fix. First, it will not paraphrase long text messages. When inputting a long message into the application, it only paraphrases around 300 words, which I find frustrating. Second, there’s no online tutorial to explain what other functions work with the app. Like, what does "continue" mean? Additionally, there are occasional glitches in the paraphrasing accuracy. After choosing the paraphrase option, words like "friendship" will result in two paragraphs of the same thing. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Lastly, Writely seems to slow down at certain times during paraphrasing and may even freeze the app. I wish you had more technical support to help take screenshots and send them to you. Even when I copy a text message into the notepad, it will not paraphrase the whole thing. You guys have an easy and very simple app for writing. Trust me, I’ve used it quite a bit. So, what’s next for you? How do you stay in touch with your customers? Also, improvements are needed in getting support. These improvements would greatly help. Please note I could not use used Writely to paraphrase. it was too long.
