Downloaded the app..no option showing anywhere to register to log in. What am I doing wrong?

Write up has some good features. Love the fact they have an app. I really don’t like that you’re never able to close the active patient unless you access another. If this was changed would be almost perfect.

This app would be perfect if the signature box actually worked, when is this looking to be fixed? 

And it would be nice to be able to see past document names used rather then “document added”
