I mean I was going! And then BAM!!! I gotta do something. I thought you could write ON the app. If I knew it was just prompts and you write in a notebook of course I wouldn’t have bought this. Instead it has two settings, on and off. It will not split a screen or work in slide over. Instead of being able to keep one eye on it while I write, I need to check back to it or use two devices. The additional bonus of novel combinations of themes, settings, and characters was also sublime. Thank you to the creators of this app for adding color to my writing. ### 5/5 — Genial! *2021-01-18* Die App tut genau das, was sie verspricht, und das sehr gut. Der Ideenfluss beim kreativen Freewriting wird damit auf ein ganz neues Level gehoben, zumindest bei mir. Die App ist individuell anpassbar. Schade ist, dass es sie nicht auf deutsch gibt. Mein Englisch ist zwar ganz gut, aber es unterbricht den Schreibfluss doch ganz erheblich, wenn man doch mal ein Wort nachschlagen muss. Und man sollte den Bildschirm des Telefons so einstellen, dass er nicht abschaltet, während man schreibt. I use it a lot, both in my creative writing club and for my personal writing. I must say, this helps with the "write everyday" challenge I set up for myself. You begin a story and you don't know where it's going, you only choose how many steps you want and how much time you want in between. My standard is 10 steps with 2 minutes in between, which gives me twenty minutes of writing. It's not a lot, but the practice is great. It is a little pricey, but it was more than worth it for me.
