Looking forward to Updates *2025-02-10* This app is definitely needed!! However, the date scroll doesn’t input the selected date it inputs the date before in the receipt. Also when submitting a receipt, it seems required to add a picture. I feel this should be optional. My projects are sensitive in nature so I probably won’t take pictures or attach pictures but will still need to document. **Developer response:** Hi Ajae, Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and support! It used to act more like a notebook. Now it’s just a part of the mass of apps acting like ChatGPT and farming any piece of data you give it. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — OTP *2026-07-18* Can’t even get into the app. It doesn’t accept the initial OTP to sign up. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work. *2026-05-26* I can barely login most of the time because of the broken sign in loop. Things are stored that I can only access when the app decides to work that day. No response to help requests ever, is support a paid feature? ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-02-12* The app was excellent in May 2025, but it has drastically changed for the worse. I’ve had ongoing issues accessing my account, and customer support advised me to add another profile, which did not resolve the problem. I still cannot log entries. It’s very disappointing because the app used to be wonderful, and now I would give it a big thumbs down. I will gladly update my review if it returns to the quality and functionality it once had. **Developer response:** Hi there! We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right. ### 1/5 — Nonfunctional *2026-01-24* Opened the app after registering my email, input all my info, then get an error that says my email is already registered and it kicks me out to then start all over again. **Developer response:** Hello, We’re very sorry for the frustrating experience — that’s definitely not how registration should work. This issue has since been fixed in a newer version of the app. Please update to the latest version and try again. Now with the new update, I can’t even type the events. What’s worse is all of my old receipts are now gone. But now we have to pay for AI and anytime I put in notes for what happened at work my information won’t post and I’m sent to the sign up portal for payment. ### 2/5 — A little buggy *2026-03-13* Seems to be a good concept. I had to delete after several attempts to create “Receipts” certain buttons and drop down options simply do not work nor populate properly. Having the ability to log and track activity at a company in this way is going to be massive for holding companies accountable and bringing about new improvements to the world of work. I’m very busy at home and at work, so remembering what happened last week or last month can be challenging. I love that you can quickly record a voice note or written note to document your successes or issues quickly and efficiently. In my opinion being organized and well documented is one of keys to success and this app absolutely helps with that! ### 5/5 — Great HR Support for Employees *2024-10-07* This is such a thoughtful app! It is very intuitive in guiding me through what interactions to track, positive and negative. Sometimes it's hard to know what details are important and what things aren't and this really takes out the guest work. Being able to connect with support directly that can immediately gain insight into my employment history is one of my favorite features! My own personal HRBP who is putting me as the priority over the organization. Plus Jayla, the AI bot can literally help me update my resume so I stay ready for the next opportunity. I am generally a little unorganized and wrk receipts makes keeping track of my work issues and lets me know dates and time/place etc in the event of me forgetting or misplacing my notes. I love the features and so appreciative of the app for fulfilling this need! I have already recommended the app. ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2024-10-03* This is the first app I’ve come across that actually aims to solve a problem. It even records audio!! Great place to organize and access any issue your facing at work . Jayla is outstanding use of AI and even refers you to a live independent hr company. ### 4/5 — Sign-Up OTC Error *2026-05-25* Unable to create account. Security code received in email is alpha numeric but app only allows numbers and only has numeric keyboard option. ### 4/5 — Great for logging discrimination *2025-04-10* The app is easy to use to log workplace incidents and interactions to keep documentation. Would like to see an age and veteran status category and better functionality to capture incidents related to discrimination in these areas.
