I told him why is this discrepancy? App show something different and you are telling something different. I just asked them let the order be cancelled and please refund my amount. They said it is against our policy. I mailed to their official email. There was no response. there is no mechanism to chat or talk to an agent to be honest, and the service is very very poor.
