More like WNBA news *2025-07-19, version 7.11* This might as well be a WNBA news app because it’s practically the only news they cover. ### 2/5 — Too many ads *2024-07-25* Too many pop up ads with the last update. In the middle of reading a news item, loud ads will pop up and disrupt your reading. WTH! There are already enough ads in between news stories. WRTV is easy to follow and read. Tells me what I want to know in an organized fashion. Just terrible *2018-09-10* I really used to like all platforms for rtv. Back when you could listen to it on fm. But I just can’t do this app anymore. Compared to other local news-and when you throw in the star it is very easy to compete with-it just fails. The stories are usually 24-48 hours behind-meaning stories rarely get updated. Although very minor, but speaks to the neglect of the app, often times the same graphic appears for multiple stories, day after day. It’s almost laughable when some graphics appear for the same story. Because maybe you need to hire me…. Because I have caught over 6 typos in 5 different articles in just the last two weeks. ### 1/5 — Not live news *2022-04-14, version 6.44* 4-13-22 we live in Seymour and get the Louisville tv stations they were more focused on the tornadoes in Kentucky so I downloaded this app to get live updates on the tornado moving from Bedford to north of Seymour There is about a 10-15 minute delay so it was already on us while the app showed it was not The coverage was good but it was too late ### 1/5 — Basically unusable on iPhone *2019-02-03* Any time I open a story more than half of the text on left hand side of page gets cut off, with no way to adjust size, etc. I’m disappointed as this is the last serious news service in the Indianapolis area. ### 1/5 — Articles not readable *2019-02-02* Some articles aren’t formatted correctly so it is impossible to read because the 90 % of the text is off your screen. ### 1/5 — Animal abuse *2018-11-06* If you are psychotic and love pictures of animal abuse then download this app. Because all they do is show pictures of tortured animals. They don’t focus on tracking down who did it. They just like to show the pictures. And not just regular ads, those awful 'you just won a new iphone' clickbait scam ads. Sayonara RTV6. ### 1/5 — No notifications *2017-05-17, version 6.11* There was 10 stories in the app and one of those is about 2 kids missing in Carroll County but no notifications about anything it seems like RTV6 doesn't care about anything. Everything is checked for notifications and no notifications. I have sent feedback and wrote reviews too many times on Apple and Android nobody cares and nothing gets done. It doesn't matter if it's Apple or Android nothing works. Then it takes you three months to say anything when I wrote the review 2-14-17 and you comment 5-17-17 then your comment is to only send feedback in the app and not in the App Store. I have never had anyone let me know that anyone is working on the problem. I like I said I wrote that review three months ago as soon as I wrote that review I deleted the app for good and I don't watch your news channel and nobody else i know does either. ### 1/5 — Jbjackson *2017-03-26, version 6.9* I hate the way the app overlaps the headlines.
