Now only if there was as many news stories and they worked as well as all the advertisements do. ### 1/5 — New app is terrible *2020-07-01, version 3.3.0* The new app is bad. Really bad. More news stories that are a day old than new stories. Old news is a good way to become irrelevant. Really liked this app before the changes. There is apparently no editing or spellcheck available, and I would be surprised if the "reporters" even finished third grade, let alone received a degree. Ok, so I wrote the original review years ago. Nothing about this app is improved in any way, I think it’s actually gotten worse. The latest update takes you out of the app, to the WSAW website, which would be fine if over half the stories I clicked on were actually there. I keep getting 404 errors. Someone please fix this. Why would you haves stories older than three days old on your storyline. Except for the fact you yourselves are out of date... that limits the value of what you’re selling. I routinely see stories on your website that are 5 to 6 days old???? Closings are gone, or difficult to find; haven’t found it yet,. Ultimately I will probably delete this app from my phone and use the the default weather app I my phone. WSAW you were once my favorite, but all the changes you’ve been making I have low confidence in you. ### 2/5 — Latest updates have taken away functionality *2019-02-24, version 3.2.1* With the last couple of updates, you can no longer enter locations to receive closing alerts. It also seems very buggy when trying to add locations and counties for weather alerts. Had to close and reopen the app three times to get these set up and saved.
