It only shows ads. I have to constantly restart the app for it to show. Causing me to just exit the app entirely and use a different one. ### 2/5 — Inaccurate many times *2026-06-19, version 6.2.509* I’ve used WSB primarily for years to get weather information. It seems as though the weather alerts are not as accurate as they used to be. Putting in location for more specific prediction doesn’t seem to make a difference. Predictions often don’t occur. Weather is unpredictable, but with today’s technology it should be easier and more accurate to be more correct. ### 2/5 — Not like it used to be *2026-05-20, version 6.2.509* When I first got the app (the weather app & news app) it was always consistent and on point. Since the update it crashes and/or just hangs. A couple of months ago the take cover alert pinged my phone after the fact. I track the weather for family and friends to make sure they’re able to stay safe during severe weather. The old app gave plenty of time to prepare and get to safety. It is no longer helpful in what is coming or the severity of it ! Radar looks like an older version that no one thought to use until now. I consistently get warned of precipitation, thunder, or other occurrences about 20-30 minutes after it’s occurred. This could be a life or death situation if someone was depending on this for tornado warnings. I can adjust to most of the changes. But there is nothing live about the radar. It now is 5-15 minutes behind real time. We had a nearby tornado a couple mornings ago and I was unable to track it because of the lag in the radar. This update took this ability away. They keep changing the daily and hourly weather every 15 minutes or so!!!! It’s frustrating to think our meteorologist can’t get our weather right! Why do they put, “follow me” for locations? It used to be helpful, now it’s worthless and annoying to get a notification about lightning in my area hours after it actually happened and when there are currently no storms in the area. ### 1/5 — Warning issues *2025-05-30, version 5.16.1704* Have it set to alert for tornado warnings and the last 3 times there’s been active tornado warnings in my area my app hasn’t gone off. Luckily I had my tv on, or I wouldn’t have known. One was close enough that I could hear the train sound from the wind, no thunder just rain and a tornado. No warning on my phone. Now it’s just AD’s and videos that have nothing to do with what you clicked to watch.
