Have to fully sign out of one (clear all the established authentication) and into the other (establish authentication items) every time. ### 3/5 — Updated app *2026-03-25, version 3.65.0* Overall I like the updated app - once I figured out how to navigate it. My main concern is that now my WSECU account will not interface with my budgeting app Rocket Money and I do not like that. I called WSECU when it launched and was told they are working on it but it’s been months and it still won’t interface. So less stars due to that. Compared to other apps wsecu takes an insane amount of time to sign in so I can turn on or off a card ### 2/5 — bugs *2025-06-26, version 3.62.0* Lately when I deposit a check it keeps rejecting it saying “no endorsement present” or something. I have 3 different endorsed checks and it’s the same error. I haven’t had issues like this before... on top of that the “member support” tab just loads a white screen in the app. super frustrating! ### 2/5 — Frequent sign outs *2025-06-18, version 3.62.0* The app signs me out very frequently (as in, 30 seconds after I just signed in) on a regular basis. It’s almost not worth using because of that. ### 1/5 — Mobile Deposits *2025-04-11, version 3.60.0* Team really needs to figure out a better mobile deposit system. Sometimes it takes over 30 tries for it to correctly recognize and accept the photos I take of checks. So terrible that it’s blood-boiling. ### 3/5 — Currency is wrong *2025-03-28, version 3.60.0* In the USA, iPhone language is set to British English. The WSECU accounts list the currency as British pound £ and not the USA dollar $. Just set to USD $, the credit union is in the USA. Stop looking at the phone's location settings. I'm not going to change to any other English. ### 3/5 — Kind of unreliable *2025-03-15, version 3.60.0* The app has really gone down hill. It used to show pending transactions, available balances, and purchases, but now for some reason one day you see a purchase or a pending transaction and the next it’s not there and your available balance says there is nothing pending. Really makes it difficult to tell how much money you have to work with when it changes day to day for no reason. This needs to be corrected. I never had issues like this with other credit unions. ### 1/5 — Worst *2025-03-06, version 3.60.0* Every time I need to make a car payment it locks me out and forces me to reset my password! Doesn’t allow phone to be in a language other than english and could really use a dark mode ### 1/5 — Face ID and remember me no longer working *2025-02-07, version 3.59.0* Face ID as of about 2 weeks ago no longer works. App constantly doesn’t show loan payment due.. app will say nothing due when clearly there is. There has been a ticket in for this issue for over a year: the Face ID not working is absurd and needs to be corrected. ### 3/5 — Deposits *2025-01-22, version 3.59.0* I’ve banked at WSECU for probably about 15 years. Five years ago, I moved out of state and rely heavily on mobile banking now. The app is constantly “performing updates” which makes the mobile direct deposit unavailable. I get paychecks once a week so to constantly not be able to deposit them is really quite annoying. There is never any timeline to when it’ll be fixed or heads up that it is happening. And quite honestly, I never notice any kind of difference in the app after these “performance updates”. ### 1/5 — would 5 star but *2024-12-19, version 3.59.0* I’ll update this review to 5 stars once the developers bring an. IOS dark mode. UPDATE: what i mean by dark mode is the application badge needs to be dark. WSECU is the only app installed that doesn’t have a dark application logo and with ios 18 update it looks bad. PLEASE ADD IOS DARK MODE TO BOTH THE APP AND THE APPLICATION BADGE THANK YOU ### 1/5 — No longer works *2024-12-19, version 3.59.0* Well since the update the app no longer works, I’m unable to log-in consistently giving an error message. You no longer know how much you have in both of your checking and savings without having to do math. If you have pending transactions, your current balance doesn’t reflect that. The app is automatically in dark mode for some reason? And I can’t change it either. Mobile deposit is also gone. Also, I can no longer create new savings accounts. There are probably more problems that I haven’t uncovered yet, but this app is garbage and I’m mad that they forced us to change it. Easy to see maturity dates of CDs. Excellent alerts for transactions. Some of my favorite features are freezing my card until I find it and the contacts page so I can quickly send money to people ### 5/5 — Notifications speed *2021-01-25, version 3.25.1* All of the apps that I use for financial tracking information provide options for notifications to insure that one is alerted whenever a sign on, withdrawal etc are completed. All of the apps that I use, except for yours; notify me by text instantly or within a minute except for WSECU’s app. It can take as little as 5 minutes or in the worst cases hours before I am notified. These slow alerts defeats the whole purpose of receiving them so I can be instantly aware that my account may have been compromised. This is by far the most important function for me. Please fix this! ### 5/5 — Love it- Payment Options Are Great *2020-10-29, version 3.23.0* It’s very clean and well organized! I like that when you go to pay a credit card, you are offered 3 options: the minimum payment (and the date that’s due), the previous statement balance and today’s payoff. Very helpful! Much easier than making a transfer willynilly as some apps force you to do (or having to use the full website). Works great with Face ID. MobIle deposit was easy.
