This seems like a change for the sake of change. Why can’t I see all my accounts on one page? All the previous functions are still there but in different locations. It is much more cumbersome to use from a user perspective. ### 1/5 — New updated app *2026-08-25, version 6.1.18268* It’s horrible. Constant issues and bugs. Stop changing things thinking it’s better. I have multiple bank apps that work well but WSFS is not one of them. I had gone so far as to close my account due to my dissatisfaction. I did tell bank personnel that I may try again next year. ### 1/5 — If you don't like the Aug 2026 update… *2026-08-21, version 6.1.18268* This isn't the place to let them know! I doubt they even bother to read these reviews. I have found that if you use the WSFSBANK.COM website and look for "Secure Messaging" you can get a message to them which will get read and a reply sent back to you. This feature may be on the app, but I haven't found it (yet). If enough people complain about features lost (no longer able to use a PIN, works only in portrait mode on iPad, etc) MAYBE they will get these lost features, and other problems you may have, corrected. I'm tired of having things which previously worked just fine taken away or replaced by things they force on us. ### 1/5 — Says password is wrong *2026-08-21, version 6.1.18268* New version says password is wrong! Can logon via safari with same user and password so app has a problem PLEASE FIX ### 1/5 — Embarrassingly Bad *2026-08-20, version 6.1.18268* After teasing a major overhaul/update, this is what you put out? Looks like a middle-school coding project gone wrong. Freezes. Won’t re-size to landscape when using an iPad. Does not show real-time balances or changes when bills are paid. Just stunningly amateurish for a financial institution. Look at any other banking app and take some notes. ### 4/5 — Recent Update *2026-08-19, version 6.1.18268* While the recent update looks nice , it can be confusing. You ended up making me spend a few minutes figuring out how to make a payment to my WSFS credit card. It was definitely easier before. When selecting that option in the app, please add a “button “ to make a payment right there so I do t have to try to remember how to do it each month. ### 5/5 — FINALLY REDESIGNED! *2026-08-18, version 6.1.18268* This app was begging for an upgrade for many years, and it finally looks modern. Well done!! One minor improvement I am hoping for is dark mode. Otherwise I love the new design and my HELOC line finally shows up with a pay option making it actually look different from other accounts. Previously, I simply had to transfer $$ and hope for payment marked complete but now it makes WAY more sense. ### 1/5 — Now junk *2026-08-17, version 6.1.18268* Just downloaded new app and you took a great app and totally ruined it. You removed the passcode feature and now I have to use my username and password every time. Then it sends a code as well. I know I know security.
