No more landscape mode on my iPad. Unfortunately I had too many hiccups with mine. I have multiple bank apps that work well but WSFS is not one of them. I had gone so far as to close my account due to my dissatisfaction. You ended up making me spend a few minutes figuring out how to make a payment to my WSFS credit card. It was definitely easier before. When selecting that option in the app, please add a “button “ to make a payment right there so I do t have to try to remember how to do it each month. ### 3/5 — Removed account numbers *2026-08-15, version 5.0.45* This app works for the needed functions but I’m so frustrated they used to show the last 4 digits of my accounts and now it just says checking—- well I have multiple checking accounts and now I can’t see which one is which. Very frustrating. I have found that if you use the WSFSBANK.COM website and look for "Secure Messaging" you can get a message to them which will get read and a reply sent back to you. This feature may be on the app, but I haven't found it (yet). If enough people complain about features lost (no longer able to use a PIN, works only in portrait mode on iPad, etc) MAYBE they will get these lost features, and other problems you may have, corrected. Looks like a middle-school coding project gone wrong. Freezes. Won’t re-size to landscape when using an iPad. Does not show real-time balances or changes when bills are paid. Just stunningly amateurish for a financial institution. Well done!! One minor improvement I am hoping for is dark mode. Otherwise I love the new design and my HELOC line finally shows up with a pay option making it actually look different from other accounts.
